The Nido and Mariana Qubein Children's Museum in High Point, NC called upon Event Resource Group to deploy a campus-wide digital signage solution.
Now their team can create, deploy and control any type of video content to one or all of the displays connected to the cloud-based control. They can even control the system from a tablet or mobile phone. The new systemgives them extensive remote control of the playback hardware from any location that has an internet connection.
Event Resource Group, LLC also integrated live wireless screen-casting to enable on demand live interaction such as Zoom Meetings or Microsoft Teams.
With a non-functional PA system comprised of decades of broken and outdated add-on odds and ends, First United Methodist called on to do a complete overhaul of their audio and video system. Pristine, perfect sound was provided by the new BehringerX32 console and the state of the art RCF HDL-6A line array. We also installed new choir monitors, chancel monitors and integrated the remote satellite audio. In addition to the new audio components, ERG was able to repurpose the church's existing cameras an install a new Blackmagic video switcher and video capture / streaming interface to vastly improve the live worship as well as the video outreach ministry through streaming.

Over the course of several projects, ERG has designed and deployed multiple systems for Mt. Vernon UMC, located in Trinity, NC, including a new digital audio system which is integrated with the Blackmagic ATEM Pro streaming system. Mt. Vernon called on ERG to install new projectors and video distribution to enhance the multimedia experience in their worship services. In their latest upgrade, they once again called on ERG to install new Chauvet EVE-160P LED stage lighting with remote control stations.

NorthState called on ERG to provide sound, lighting and production support for a critical shareholders meeting. On the day before the event the venue had major issues requiring the event to quickly be relocated to an alternate location. With no advance warning, ERG quickly sprang into action providing live sound and lighting to transform the fail-over location into a corporate meeting space, saving the event and allowing the board meeting to take place.
Baxter's Tavern - Greensboro, NC

Baxter's Tavern called on ERG to design and install a new multi-zone background music and paging system. Using best-in-class components from Ashley, Yamaha and Sennheiser we deployed a new music system that covered their indoor and outdoor customer seating areas. We integrated a wireless mic for paging and emcee work anywhere on site. Additionally, ERG tied in their digital jukebox, tablet (iTunes) and FM tuner so that the system automatically switches between music sources.
The High Point Chamber of Commerce trusted ERG with their annual awards banquet. Requiring video presentation, live video switching, live PA, multimedia playback and teleprompting. Event Resource Group provided a turnkey solution that included staging, lecterns, and technical directing. This event required music playback as recipients were played on / off the stage, coordinated live and prepackaged video and real-time graphics integration. Just like a televised broadcast, the event was executed flawlessly.

Free Church reached out to ERG when their analog mixer was unable to provide quality audio for their live stream. They needed to be able to mix their house audio and live stream independently. Also, they needed to tie in their existing Aviom system. Our team installed a Presonus RM32AI digital mixer, allowing their worship team to not only have discrete mixes for live / streaming, but also giving their tech team the ability to mix remotely from an iPad, giving them the freedom to get out from behind the console.
Center City Church was a scenario where the client had the proper equipment but needed engineering services and training to correct several issues. ERG re-hung their flown PA enclosures to properly place them and aim them. We time aligned their top cabinets with their floor mounted sub enclosures. This drastically cleaned up their audio in the worship. After working on proper microphone placement we tuned the sources for the audio environment. We applied the proper mix and the congregation immediately noticed the dramatically improved audio. Their live audio was now pleasant to listen to, and feedback had been eliminated. We continue to support this client with recurring maintenance and training.
